Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a wrong product.
- You received a damaged product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product size is different from what was ordered.
Return Request Time
Customers must report any issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or Order ID must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- The return request is made after the allowed period.
- The customer changes their mind after receiving the correct product in proper condition.

- Provide photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- After verification, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Refund Policy
If a return is approved and an exchange is not possible, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable timeframe.
